1. Ownership and Rights

The Nester GUI ("the Software") is owned and maintained by the following individuals (collectively "the Owners"):

The Owners retain all intellectual property rights to the Software. By using the Software, you acknowledge that:

• The Software operates as a client-side GUI within Roblox
• Roblox Corporation cannot ban or restrict GUI interfaces directly
• The Software may be used to modify game behavior in ways not intended by game developers

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Modifying game behavior ("harming games")
• Testing game security
• Educational purposes regarding game exploits

Note: While Roblox cannot ban GUI interfaces directly, they may take action against accounts that violate their Terms of Service through the use of such interfaces.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Claim ownership of the Software
• Distribute modified versions without explicit permission from the Owners
• Use the Software to create paid services without authorization
• Hold the Owners liable for any consequences resulting from Software use

4. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Owners shall not be held responsible for:

• Account bans or restrictions imposed by Roblox Corporation
• Damage to games or player experiences
• Any legal consequences resulting from Software use

By using the Software, you agree that all risks are assumed by you, the end user.

5. Enforcement

The Owners reserve the right to:

• Revoke access to the Software for any user at any time
• Modify the Software's functionality without notice
• Take legal action against unauthorized distribution or misuse
